The full Authority Board meets once a month on the third Wednesday at 6:00 p.m. Items appearing on the Authority agenda are advanced by one of two subcommittees: Administration and Projects and Planning. The subcommittee agendas outline the detail of items to be reviewed and forwarded to the Board.
The Authority is located at 2999 Oak Road, Suite 100, in Walnut Creek, just off Interstate 680 at Treat Boulevard, and directly across the street from the Pleasant Hill BART Station.
