2.1 Review of the Draft Calendar Year 2010 & 2011 Measure J Growth Management Program (GMP) Biennial Compliance Checklist. Martin Engelmann, Deputy Executive Director, Planning will provide a review of the Draft CY 2010 & 2011 Measure J Growth Management Program (GMP) Biennial Compliance Checklist. 2.2 Annual Urban Limit Line (ULL) Policy Advisory Letter. Martin Engelmann, will provide information on the ULL policy advisory letter. Adopted Authority policy requires that the Authority transmit a letter to local jurisdictions annually, outlining the requirements for compliance with the Measure J ULL. 2.3 Discussion of Future CAC Activities. A CAC subcommittee met to discuss further activities. Amin Almuti will report on the subcommittee's discussion. (Discussion)
