I-80 Integrated Corridor Mobility (ICM) Project

The I-80 Integrated Corridor Mobility (ICM) Project proposes to make the most efficient use of the existing infrastructure within the I-80 corridor by implementing system management strategies to reduce congestion, reduce travel time, and improve safety. The project will extend from the San Francisco-Oakland Bay Bridge Toll Plaza to the Carquinez Bridge. In compliance with the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA), the draft IS/EA will be available for review online and at the following locations from April 25, 2011 until May 25, 2011:

Contra Costa County Libraries: Crockett Public Library, El Cerrito Library, Hercules Library, Richmond City Library, San Pablo Library and Pinole Library

Alameda County Libraries: Albany Library, Berkeley Public Library, and Oakland Public Library

Transportation Agencies: Caltrans District 4 Oakland, Metropolitan Transportation Commission (MTC), Alameda County Transportation Commission (Alameda CTC) and Contra Costa Transportation Authority (CCTA)

Please submit written comments on the draft IS/EA to Valerie Shearer, Caltrans District 4, P.O. Box 23660, Oakland CA 94623-0660 or via email to Valerie_Shearer@dot.ca.gov. Public comments must be received by May 25, 2011.
