Environmental Impact Report

On September 19, 2014, the Authority released the Draft Supplemental Environmental Impact Report (DSEIR) for the Draft 2014 Countywide Comprehensive Transportation Plan (CTP). To address comments received on the DSEIR and to evaluate the impacts of a potential financially-constrained transportation expenditure plan (TEP), the Authority will recirculate the DSEIR. The Notice of Preparation for the recirculated DSEIR can be downloaded here.

In addition to the No Project alternative and financially-unconstrained list of projects and programs in the Authority's Comprehensive Transportation Project List, the recirculated DSEIR will evaluate the impacts of three alternative investment options and the proposed draft TEP as well as the financially-constrained list of projects in the Regional Transportation Plan prepared by the Metropolitan Transportation Commission.

The DSEIR supplements and relies on the Environmental Impact Report (EIR) on the 2009 CTP, which the Authority certified on June 17, 2009. That EIR, along with the adopted findings and a mitigation monitoring and reporting program for the 2009 CTP, may also be found here.
