REGULAR AGENDA ITEMS

1. Resolution of Support for Continued and Expanded Funding of Local Streets and Roads through T-2035. Continued and expanded funding of local streets and roads is one of many important issues that MTC’s Regional Transportation Plan Update (T-2035) will discuss. Local jurisdictions are encouraged to request support of continued funding through adoption of a resolution. ( Attachment – Action ) CMA Function
 
2. Twenty-Five Year Program for Contra Costa’s “County Share” Funds for the 2009 Regional Transportation Plan (RTP): Next Steps. To illustrate local needs, the Authority approved preparing a 25-year capital program that fully utilizes Contra Costa’s estimated formula funds. Initial instructions to the RTPCs and transit operators are attached. Discussion of process and issues is suggested. ( Attachment – Action to be Determined ) CMA Function

"A party to a proceeding before the Authority shall disclose on the record of the proceeding any contribution in an amount of more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) made within the preceding 12 months by the party, or his or her agent, to any Commissioner. No party, or his or her agent, shall make a contribution of more than two hundred fifty dollars ($250) to any Commissioner during the proceeding and for three months following the date a final decision is rendered by the agency in the proceeding. The foregoing statements are limited in their entirety by the provisions of Section 84308 and parties are urged to consult with their own legal counsel regarding the requirements of the law."
