WestCAT was formed in 1977 and serves Pinole, Hercules and unincorporated Contra Costa County (Rodeo and Crockett). WestCAT also offers a highly successful express bus route to San Francisco.
WestCAT’s current bus storage facility is at capacity. If expansion of service and the purchase of additional vehicles occur, additional storage will be required. Security at the site will need to be maintained so additional fencing will be required when expanding the facility.
